Spending money on yourself can be a great way to treat yourself and improve your overall well-being. However, it's important to strike a balance and not overspend or go into debt. Here are a few tips for spending money on yourself without feeling guilty:

1. Set a budget for personal spending

Determine how much money you can afford to spend on yourself each month and stick to it. This will help you avoid overspending and feeling guilty later on.

2. Prioritize your spending

Think about what you value most and spend your money on those things. For example, if you enjoy going to the gym, consider investing in a gym membership.

3. Make it a treat

Instead of buying something for yourself every time you see something you like, make it a special treat to buy something only on special occasions. This will make the experience more enjoyable and help you avoid overspending.

4. Use cash instead of credit

When you use cash, you're more likely to think twice about your purchases and only buy what you can afford. Plus, using cash can help you avoid going into debt.

5. Remember the bigger picture

Spending money on yourself can be a great way to improve your overall well-being, but it's important to remember the bigger picture. Make sure you're also saving for your future and taking care of your financial responsibilities.

The best time I spend money on myself without feeling guilty is when I budget for it.

I will know it has been planned for and I'm not just taking it out from nowhere which would make me feel bad but it's something I have plan a long time ago for and I'm just using it as it was planned

So if people want to indulge themselves without feeling guilty it is to have a budget of how much you want to spend on yourself and then split it into what you can save for a future then you start saving the money and use it when it is enough.
