As a newbie, it isn't even advisable for you to go for any insurance yet, without a proper knowledge on the field.
Though, this is mainly for the students whom are new, and are ready to purchase an insurance. Therefore, there are some fee tip you have to put in mind, in order to have the best support from the insurance.
Daily exercise. As a newbie you have to go for exercises daily, in order to keep your body in a good condition.
Make sure you have a proper checking in your insurance company.
Always make sure that your vaccinations are intact
