Purchased insurance for our cruise through TripMate - what a disaster!

It's been 15 months since I've opened the claim. We have been promised to be paid (in writing), but nobody answers my emails (76 in total as of today) or give me reasons for not being paid. I've called and talked with Jeffry W. (who is supposed to be a Supervisor) and he has promised payment, but we've never been paid. I leave messages for him and he never responds or calls back.

I called and talked with a woman named Tay, where she just told me that we have just opened the claim, which is completely false. I assured her it was over 15 months ago, and that I've got a letter stating they're going to pay us the $18,693 but she denies seeing it and insists that we've just opened the claim...

We'll NEVER again use TripMate!
