I have had a lot of complaints of the insurance company I patronize and everything was about the customer care. Some customer care agents will discourage you from patronising an insurance company. This is why it is always advisable for companies to employ people who know their job as customer care agents.

There was a time I had an asthma attack and I was rushed to the hospital. The hospital called my insurance company to know if I am eligible for the treatment or not but we didn't get a response for over two hours and it is bad.

It is very bad when the customer care line cannot be reached or they don't respond immediately.
